Nissan Xterra возвращается: рамный внедорожник с гибридной начинкой

Nissan готовит к возрождению легендарный внедорожник Xterra, который исчез с рынка более десяти лет назад. Модель третьего поколения планируют представить в 2028 году, сделав ставку на доступность, прочную рамную конструкцию и современные электрифицированные технологии.

Обновлённый Xterra сохранит узнаваемый характер, но внешне станет заметно агрессивнее. По предварительной информации, автомобиль получит массивную решётку радиатора и более угловатый, «внедорожный» дизайн, подчёркивающий его утилитарное назначение.

В основе модели будет совершенно новая рамная платформа. Её также используют будущие версии пикапа Nissan Frontier и одного из внедорожников бренда Infiniti, что говорит о серьёзном запасе прочности и ориентации на бездорожье.

Важное изменение — полный отказ от чисто бензиновых версий. Новый Nissan Xterra предложат исключительно с гибридными и плагин-гибридными силовыми установками. Это позволит снизить расход топлива и соответствовать ужесточающимся экологическим нормам.

Ожидается, что стартовая цена внедорожника составит около 40 тысяч долларов. Основными соперниками модели станут Toyota 4Runner и Ford Bronco.
