Внешность Super Snake-R заметно отличается от стандартного Mustang. Автомобиль получил агрессивный передний бампер, вентиляционные «жабры» на капоте, карбоновый аэродинамический обвес, массивное антикрыло и диффузор. Лёгкие 20-дюймовые диски изготовлены из магния, что снижает неподрессоренные массы.
