Сегодня открылся автосалон в Чэнду, на котором BMW официально представила новейший кроссовер BMW X3 (в кузове G48) местного производства. Китайский BMW X3 выглядит точно так же, как и европейский, но есть нюанс: колесная база «китайца» увеличена на 110 мм, из-за чего у него свои панели крыши и пола, а также задние двери. Почти вся прибавка пришлась на задний ряд, что добавило комфорта для пассажиров.

Габариты и колесная база европейского BMW X3 составляют 4755x1920x1660 мм и 2865 мм соответственно, а китайского — 4865x1920x1664 мм и 2975 мм. По длине колесной базы BMW X3 L сравнялся с европейским BMW X5.

Салоны «китайца» и «европейца» унифицированы — это касается как дизайна, так и опций. Кроссовер получил цифровую панель приборов с экраном диагональю 12,3 дюйма, медиасистему девятого поколения с экраном диагональю 14,9 дюйма, интерактивную атмосферную подсветку, беспроводную зарядку для смартфона, новое многофункциональное рулевое колесо с усеченным ободом.

Двигатели пока не раскрыты, но по данным китайского Министерства промышленности, в линейке будет модель BMW X3 xDrive30L (с 2,0-литровым двигателем B48B20W мощностью 287 л.с.), 8-ступенчатым «автоматом» и полным приводом.
