Компактный, но мощный

Модель построена на платформе Ford Kuga (Escape) и является безрамным пикапом, что отличает её от классических представителей линейки Raptor. Однако инженеры Ford сумели придать новинке настоящий спортивный характер.

Пакет 300T, доступный для версии с 2,0-литровым турбомотором, увеличивает мощность двигателя с 250 до 300 л.с., а крутящий момент — с 375 до 430 Н·м. Для этого установлены турбина от 2,3-литрового EcoBoost (как у Mustang), новый интеркулер и спортивная выпускная система Borla, которая делает звук мотора заметно агрессивнее.

Улучшенная управляемость и динамика

Спортивная модификация получила усовершенствованную подвеску с новыми амортизаторами и стабилизаторами поперечной устойчивости. Клиренс уменьшен на 10 мм спереди и 30 мм сзади, что обеспечивает лучшее сцепление и устойчивость на высокой скорости.

Благодаря этим доработкам Maverick 300T стал ближе к спортивным хэтчбекам по ощущениям от вождения, сохранив при этом функциональность пикапа.

Яркий дизайн и детали

Внешне Maverick 300T выделяется бронзовым декором кузова и 20-дюймовыми дисками от Mustang Mach-E, обутыми в шины Pirelli P Zero Elect 245/45 R20. Такое сочетание придаёт пикапу динамичный и премиальный облик.

Интерьер почти не изменился — Ford ограничился новыми ковриками и спортивными акцентами, сохранив минималистичный стиль салона базового Maverick.
